The battle has begun. The FREAKS of Millennium are multiplying and fast. Hellsing is having to recruit new members quickly to keep fighting against this new found enemy. But not only does the Hellsing Organization have to fight this force, the Vatican is trying to clean up what they should’ve taken care of fifty years ago.. It seems the stream of artificial vampires will never end, is there hope to defeat them?
And what’s this? A new vampire has come out of the shadows. Contessa Sangue von Morte is the second oldest vampire in the world, and she has come to London. And now that this new vampire has come out and revealed herself and her power, everyone wants her for their own gain. Hellsing, Iscariot and Millennium are fighting to get control of her and her powers, who will she join? Or will she join them at all? Or will she continue her following of this ordinary human.
Ordinary is hardly the word to describe the human which Contessa is chasing. Mina Crimson Harker is orphaned and knows nothing of her life before the age of 6. She is a child of the darkness. Mina was led to believe she was nothing but an ordinary orphan. But truth be told she is the lost grand daughter of Mina Murray/Mina Harker.
What will happen if Mina just happens to run into Contessa? Or someone who truly knows who she is? How will a certain vampire react when he comes across this human girl? And what of Contessa? Who will she join? Who will she fight along side? Or will she stand on the side lines and watch this little war take place?
And so…The orchestra has truly just begun their song…
